I've reached the age of retirement and celebrate my freedom from the cubicle. There are so many activities and experiences to explore that I sometimes get overwhelmed with ideas. I believe that we're all pieces of the same puzzle, scraps sewn onto the same quilt, yet each of us lives our life shaped by each moment of our past. Out there are diverse genres of music, so many books, yet-to-be-met friends. The list goes on and on, with the possibilities filling me with excitement and anticipation. The most important descriptive word for me is what gives my life its purpose at this present moment: hospice volunteer.
